Home Defense

We live in a WICKED world, with WICKED lawmakers, WICKED businessmen, WICKED media & WICKED people. This DOES NOT mean that we ourselves have to be WICKED nor should our homes be WICKED. Our homes should be a place where our wives & children can get away from the WICKEDNESS of the world & experience JOY, LOVE, & PEACE. They took prayer out of schools but they haven't taken it from our homes or churches so just bc we can't pray in school DOESN'T mean we can't teach our kids about Jesus at home & in church. There is NO LAW that can be made to stop WICKEDNESS so stop looking to the WICKED lawmakers for help. Fall on your knees, look up, repent of your sins, & follow Jesus Christ bc without Him we are nothing. True "home defense" starts with accepting Christ & teaching your children about Him. #defend your home #defend your neighborhood

Why did I sign up for this?

Christianity is just like a basketball team. Some join bc they want to be popular, some bc they think it will make them more appealing to the opposite sex, some join bc their friends did, but there are a FEW that join bc they BELIEVE that basketball will take them to bigger and better things & it is them who workout day and night to BETTER themselves. So ask yourself this question "why did I join the body of Christ?" is it bc your friends did it? Is it bc u wanted to impress someone of the opposite sex? Is it bc u saw a famous person do it? Or is it bc u really believe that THE ONLY way to get to heaven is through Jesus Christ?

Am I loving someone to death?

People confuse love with enabling. They "love" a person so much that they can't tell them no. They FEAR that if they tell the person the truth that they will get upset or offended so they just sit & watch the person walk on the path to destruction & say "I love u". without warning the person. God's word tells us in 1 John 4:18
"There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love." KJV ---So if we "love" someone we shouldn't be afraid to tell them the truth. Instead of watching someone do something that u KNOW is harmful to their mind, soul, or body and saying "I love u" as they continue to harm themselves why not just tell them the truth. They will thank u for it later; and if they don't then u still did the right thing. Love is NOT sitting back and doing nothing. Love someone to life with the truth don't love them to their death by enabling them

Satan's victory

The body of Christ has turned on one another. There are so many different versions of the bible, so many different religions, so many different additions & subtractions to the word by man that people don't know the REAL JESUS that died on the cross for our sins and rose again. Satan is just sitting back and watching as churches slaughter one another with lies and scandals. The bible (which ALL Christians should live by) tells us that a divided house won't stand; so why do we continue to preach what the world wants to hear or what will get us more money in the offering? The answer is FEAR & GREED. You wouldn't normally put these two together but that is what Satan has slipped into the body of Christ. Fear of not being liked by society for preaching the TRUE & LIVING word of God and greed for power & money. The body of Christ will continue to decline until WE unify and renounce ALL sin and preach REPENTANCE & not acceptance. Satan doesn't have to fight when we are hurting ourselves. We should be able to fellowship with ANY church and the sermon come straight from the bible with nothing added and nothing taken away but the church has become more concerned with offending the world than it is about saving souls. I ask one question.... Who do u fear more? God or the world? Whoever u fear is who u will serve

Our duty

All a child knows is what their parents tell them is right or wrong so whatever morals or lack thereof on the parent's side affects them greatly. It is EVERYONE's job to raise their children according to scripture (even if they aren't living according to it themselves). isn't that being a hypocrite? u ask. NO. EVERY parent has a duty to raise their children in the admonition of the Lord. A child, until it is an adult is a parents responsibility to train & nurture them as God intended. It doesn't matter if u are saved or not it is YOUR duty to raise your child according to God's standards and u (as well as I) will be held accountable by God for it. Raising your child as God intended doesn't guarantee they will get into heaven, nor does it give u a free ride, but IT DOES instill a holy foundation in them. I say all that to say this... If u don't like church please don't stop your kids from going, if u don't like God please don't force your children to hate Him. Raise them as God said and when they are old enough yet will be able to make an intelligent decision to serve God or not. Mark 10:13-16
13 And they brought young children to him, that he should touch them: and his disciples rebuked those that brought them.

14 But when Jesus saw it, he was much displeased, and said unto them, Suffer the little children to come unto me, and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God.

15 Verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child, he shall not enter therein.

Attributes of a child

A child does what his father says even if he doesn't understand why (luke 5:1-7)

A child runs to his father when he is scared and trusts that he will be safe as long as he is in his father's presence (jn 10:27-30) (ps 91:1-5)

A child believes whatever his father tells him (heb 11:6)

A child strives to be like his father and wants to please his father (john 14:15)

A child believes his father can do ANYTHING! (mark 10:27)

a child believes that he can do anything with his father's help (philippians 4:13)

A child wakes up every morning excited and full of joy (psalms 30:5) my kids can have the WORST night of sleep and wake up the next morning EXCITED just to be alive

Matthew 6:26-34
A child has NO worries

When a child flicks a light switch they KNOW the lights will come on (faith)

A child KNOWS that they will eat dinner every night (faith)

26 Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they?

A child knows that their father knows the best and easiest way to get something done. So when a chold grows weary with a task he comes to his father seeking rest and guidance.

28 Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.

29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.

30 For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.

Our nation

Why is it that America judges other nations as being poor and incapable of being self sufficient when our levels of poverty and crime are through the roof? We can't run our own country but we offer "help" to other nations. Our school system is failing yet we build schools overseas. Our judicial system is a joke yet we accuse other nations of being cruel to criminals. We print pieces of green paper and call it money when there is nothing backing it. America welcomes any religion but tries to silence Christians. This is just a small list of problems America has yet we try to "help" other countries with their problems. FIX AMERICA FIRST and then try to help others. Just a few thoughts
